White men face job discrimination under new Labour plan

White men face being discriminated against in the jobs market after “Equalities” Minister Harriet Harman unveiled a new bill which would allow favouring of women and ethnic minority candidates.

It is likely to mean that, in some cases, the best candidate for a job will be overlooked if they happen to be white and male, in favour of an ethnic minority or female candidate.

Officials claim the move is “positive action” and not discrimination (”positive action” is merely discrimination dressed up in a fancy term!)

Companies will also be required to publish details of pay levels in an attempt to address discrimination in salaries.

The bill will also, less controversially, act on ageism and discrimination against older people in the recepit of NHS treatment.
