Police investigating an explosion in Exeter are quizzing a third man in connection with the blast.
Two other men are in custody over the incident – Nicky Reilly and another who is unnamed. Police also declined to name the third man they are questioning.
A fourth man who was detained in Plymouth is “assisting with enquiries” but is no longer held in custody.
Police are continuing to search several addresses in Plymouth, including the Muslim Community Centre.
Terrorism suspects can only be held for 28 days.
