Police investigating an explosion in Exeter are quizzing a third man in connection with the blast.
Two other men are in custody over the incident – Nicky Reilly and another who is unnamed. Police also declined to name the third man they are questioning.

A pub in north Wales was told by police to take down a notice which said “Polite notice- positively no travellers”.
North Wales Police assistant chief constable Ian Shannon was on a licensing visit when he saw the notice.

Scotland could find itself facing a drugs “Doomsday” in which children as young as primary school age follow their parents into drugs use, a leading professor has warned.
Prof Neil McKeganey of Glasgow University said a massive refocusing of priorities was needed to stop the problem spiralling out of control.
